What Data We Store
StandUp stores the following data locally on your device using Chrome's built-in storage API (chrome.storage.local):
- Timer settings: reminder interval, work hours preferences, sound/notification toggles
- Statistics: break count, active minutes, streak days, weekly trends
- Gamification: achievement unlock status, level progress
- Preferences: language, theme, display name
What We Do NOT Do
- We do not collect any personal information
- We do not track your browsing history or activity
- We do not send any data to external servers
- We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party services
- We do not display advertisements
- We do not share data with any third parties
Permissions Explained
- storage: Save your settings and statistics locally on your device
- alarms: Schedule break reminder timers
- notifications: Show break reminder notifications
- offscreen: Play notification sounds (service workers cannot play audio directly)
Data Retention
All data is stored locally and persists until you uninstall the extension or clear your browser data. You have full control over your data at all times.
Children's Privacy
StandUp does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. The extension does not require or request any personal information.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
